Order Processing and Shipping Order Processing
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Bioelements.
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Majority of orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt via FedEx.
- Orders are processed (excluding holidays) Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
- Most orders with 2-Day Express or Standard Overnight will be shipped the same business days if the order is placed by 9am CST.
- We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only orders that are authorized will be processed and shipped.

Ground Shipping
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping in the contiguous US are delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipped date, not including holidays (or weekends in some areas).
2-Day Express
Orders must be placed by 9 am CST (excluding weekends and holidays) in order to be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2-Day Delivery Express shipments within the contiguous US are delivered in 2 days, not including holidays (or weekends in some areas).
Standard Overnight
Orders must be placed by 9 am CST (excluding weekends and holidays) in order to be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via Standard Overnight within the contiguous US are delivered in 1 day before 5:30pm, not including holidays (or weekends in some areas).

Bioelements.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the shopping bag that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
You can track your Bioelements.com order in one of three ways:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to your order confirmation page with the updated tracking number for your package. You may click on the tracking number to be re-directed to the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your order. - Via your Bioelements.com account:
Sign in to your bioelements.com account. Click on the order number in the ‘Order History’ tab on your account screen to view detailed information on your current and previous purchases. After your order is shipped your tracking number will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier’s website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. - Via text:
Sign up for SMS alerts on the order confirmation page.
A tracking number will be generated as soon as your shipment is prepared. It may take up to 24 hours for you to see your shipment’s journey.
Order cancellations:
To cancel an order you just placed on bioelements.com, please call Bioelements Customer Service at 877.550.4050 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST).
Please know that we make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can return your products for a full refund within 40 days from the ship date (less shipping charges).
Returns:
Not satisfied with your product? No problem. Products purchased through bioelements.com may be returned, for any reason, within 40 days of purchase. (Note: items marked “final sale; not eligible for returns” do not qualify.)
All Acne + Pore Activist formulas (Pore Thing, Peel Breaker, Daily Meds, Spot Defy, the 3 Step Starter Kit: Acne Prone Skin and the Complete Bundle: Acne Prone Skin) purchased through bioelements.com may be returned for free, for any reason, within 90 days of purchase.

After submitting your return request, you will need to:
- Box the item(s) with your invoice
- Print and affix the return label, which will be attached in the email you receive after submitting your return
- Ship the package via a local FedEx facility or FedEx drop box

Be sure to double-check your ship-to address before you complete your order. Bioelements will not replace or refund shipments when an incorrect address was entered at checkout.
Typically, packages shipped via Ground should be delivered to you within 3-5 business after the ship date.
Bioelements will replace (not refund) orders that have been lost, stolen, or damaged.
If your package is damaged or stolen: fill out our Contact Us form with your contact and order information within 10 days after stated delivery date. Stolen packages of $250 or more value will require a police report.
If your package is lost: fill out our Contact Us form with your contact and order information within 10 days after the last checkpoint listed by shipper.
We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

To update your mailing address: sign in to your bioelements.com account. Then click on ‘View Addresses’. Select ‘Edit’ below the saved address that you would like to update or ‘Add a New Address’. Each time you checkout at bioelements.com, you will be able to choose from your saved addresses.
To reset your password: Click ‘Forgot Your Password?’ under Account

Shopping Information
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required).
Bioelements.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Credit card information entered at bioelements.com is secure and safe using Shopify Payments. All orders placed on bioelements.com are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
We are happy to take your order by phone. Please call Bioelements Customer Service at 877-550-4050 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm).
Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer. If your order exceeds this amount, it will be canceled immediately and a customer service representative will contact you.
Each time you place a $35+ order on bioelements.com, you have the opportunity to select 3 FREE foil samples and put them in your shopping bag BEFORE you checkout. Only 1 sample per product is allowed. If a sample choice is unavailable, Bioelements will select and ship a comparable substitution. FREE samples are excluded from gift card orders.
Enter your promo code in the text box marked ‘Promo Code’ in the Shopping Bag, then choose “Apply’. If approved, the discount will be applied to your total. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear and only one offer code may be used per order. Promo codes must be used at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise specified, all codes are one time use per person and Bioelements reserves the right to cancel and refund orders where usage violates this policy.
Product and Ingredients
To see if a product contains a specific ingredient, visit a product’s page on Bioelements.com, where its full ingredient list appears. In addition, you can type an ingredient name into the site search bar on the top-right corner of this site, to view products that contain it.
You can also visit our comprehensive Ingredient Glossary to learn more about individual ingredient benefits and the formulas in which they are formulated.
While specific products can vary, in general, unopened products have a shelf life of 1-3 years when stored properly. After opened, we simply recommend that products are used as directed promptly, within one year.
We recommend avoiding the use of formulas with retinol during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This includes Sleepwear, Oil Control Sleepwear and Age Activist Clinical Youth Serum.
For a retinol-free option, we suggest Time Sensitive. It contains backuchiol, a natural retinol alternative without potential irritation. It has a different molecular structure than retinol but a comparable effect on the skin.
Clients who are pregnant/breastfeeding should consult with a healthcare provider before using products containing resorcinol (an ingredient in the pro-use-only Stage Fight power mask – featured in the Bioelements Acne + Pore Clearing Treatment); use in moderation, only when necessary, and with a cautious approach.All other Bioelements at-home products are safe for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. However, as every pregnancy is different, it‘s always best to consult with your physician. Sometimes your skin can become more sensitive, more dehydrated and even experience breakouts during pregnancy, so we recommend that you treat your skin gently.
No. Our choice to not test on animals is so important, we state it on all our retail product packaging. Because of this clear confirmation, we have opted to not pay for inclusion on any of the myriad 3rd party cruelty-free labels in the marketplace at this time.
Here are all the ways we test our formulas:
Dermatologist, ophthalmologist, and clinical tests for safety + efficacy
We follow strict formula quality control via stability and clinical testing to ensure effectiveness and optimum performance. Tests include RIPT, microbial challenge, pH testing, viscosity, plus visual, odor and tactile integrity. We also conduct dermatologist and ophthalmologist testing on all formulas. In addition, we rely on independent clinical in-vitro (within a controlled environment/lab), and in-vivo (human) ingredient testing. Example: the peptides blend in Age Activist Clinical Youth Serum is clinically shown to visibly and significantly reduce wrinkle appearance after 5 minutes – in-vivo testing.
Consumer perception studies
Bioelements runs consumer perception testing on specific formulas to validate and quantify a benefit (example: “98% say age spots appear less visible after 2 weeks”). These strict perception studies are run by 3rd party outside experts in beauty product testing, wherein chosen participants are given the product(s) and follow a strict at-home agenda. Participants will then complete surveys to detail what they see/experience.

Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our at-home formulas are vegan.
Are your products gluten free?
The vast majority of our formulas are gluten-free. Bioelements product ingredients are listed in full on each individual product web page on bioelements.com, and on the outside of our boxes. We make the effort to identify gluten where applicable, and always advise that you check the ingredient listing in full for any individual product you are interested in.

Are your products benzoyl peroxide free?
Yes! All of our formulas are free of problematic benzoyl peroxide.

We make the effort to call out the most common allergens on the product web page, but if you are looking for a specific allergy, we advise that you read the ingredient listing in full or check with your allergist or physician.
We create products for all skin types and skin concerns – which can vary greatly in every age group. Many tweens and teens have had success starting a daily, clinical skin care routine with Bioelements cleansers, toners and moisturizers, to navigate common skin concerns in adolescence like excess oil and breakouts. We recommend that a guardian checks our website to review the full ingredients, product benefits and usage directions for any product their child may want to use.
E-Gift Cards
How to redeem an E-Gift Card
You can redeem the value of an E-Gift Card by entering its unique code at checkout. An E-Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
How to check E-Gift Card balance
You can check your balance by using the link provided in the E-Gift Card email you received. Or, you can check your balance in YOUR ACCOUNT. If you do not have an account, EMAIL US and we can check your balance for you.
What if I check out and I don’t have enough funds on my E-Gift Card?
When you redeem your E-Gift Card, the checkout will display one of the following options:
- If the balance available is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can complete your order.
- If the balance available on the E-Gift Card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Can an E-Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can I purchase an E-Gift Card for someone else?
Yes. After you check out, you will receive an email. You can then forward the E-Gift Card email to the recipient.
Can E-Gift Cards be reloaded?
No.
Can more than one E-Gift Card be used towards a purchase?
