"I have been in contact with Jenna Lemieux Customer Service Manager related to Bioelements Positive Cleaner please view the email trail. The issue with this product is the staining from the black ink numbers on the bottom of the product that has stained the inside of my shower. Per request of Jenna I have sent several pictures of the product, what is visible of the batch number and the staining. Per Jenna the ink is “not water soluble. ” However, this is not the case. Jenna replied that Bioelements is unable to “replicate the issue” and apologize for the inconvenience. My reply to Jenna Is my disappointment with Bioelements Customer Service. I have been a consistent customer for many years without any complaints or issues"
