Good product in a garbage plastic pump

"I LOVE this product. It's completely outside of my budget and I still go out of my way to buy it. However, for nearly a hundred dollars the packaging is atrocious. Every container I've bought has taken a 3 foot tumble off the bathroom sink and exploded to some degree. The one I have right now is so broken the pump doesn't function! I've had glass ampules drop from high shelves onto tile not shatter the way this product does. Despite how much hard plastic it uses! It's embarrassing how bad the packaging is, for the cost it should be more durable."
