"The positive moisture is now runny and has a different scent. I have used this faithfully everyday for decades and now you change it. I hate it. Less quality. Fragrance is not something I can deal with in any products. Change it back now. Will have to look for other products sadly."

"I have used this cleanser for over 20?years. When I opened this new bottle it had a very fragrant floral smell. Did you change the formulation. I can’t use this cleanser now based on the smell. It stayed on my skin and my cleansing puffs. This was one of my favorite products. I can’t use it now."
